Yolanda Coleman, M.Ed. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RIMS Center for Enrichment and Development, LLC, a comprehensive mental health and wellness clinic dedicated to providing quality mental and behavioral healthcare services to adults, children and adolescents. Ms. Coleman is an experienced educator, trainer, and program developer with over 25 years working with children and families whose quality of life has been adversely impacted by trauma or educational, social, and economic disparities.
As a mother coping with the tragic loss of her own high achieving son, Christopher, she understands the importance of “turning your pain into power through the grieving and letting-go process and reaching the point of emotionally reinvesting in life with joy.

Stefanie B. Lomax is the President/CEO of HRPro4You, LLC – an HR consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses “EmbraceHR” by developing sound, legal and sustainable HR infrastructures. As a dual certified HR professional with 18 years of experience and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Stefanie’s education and professional experience have afforded her the opportunity to encounter a vast array of HR experiences, developing her into an expert that understands the challenges organizations face as it relates to managing their human resources. She has worked in a variety of industries including real estate services, construction, federal government contracting, healthcare, IT, and non-profits. She has not only developed HR infrastructures from the ground up, but has maintained and grown them.
Stefanie prides herself on her ability to develop rapport with employees and management alike, and the ability to understand the sensitivity of change and how to communicate that change and bring others along. She is an Adjunct Professor and a featured guest on online radio, and social media blogs, including Recruiter.com, providing both employers and employees with sound, expert advice. From her non-profit/religious based organizations, to the corporate/federal government contractors, she is a trusted advisor and has the keen ability to understand the high level, strategic nature of HR, while also being able to deliver service and processes that stretch across all levels of a business.
