The “Women Moving Forward in the 21st Century & Beyond” Gala and Grant Awards was a resounding success.  We thank our sponsors, supporters and service providers for an unforgettable evening!  Thank you to all who shared in this special evening filled with celebration, achievement and elegance.  The Country Club at Woodmore was transformed into a WBO haven.  Upon welcome our guests partook in delicious hor' dourves from Teriyaki chicken skewers to Tequila shrimp shooters as our strolling magician set the stage for a magical evening.   Once our illustrious Mistress of Ceremonies, Doris McMillon, welcomed WBO members, sponsors and guests - the WBO 2007 Gala and Grant Awards was officially underway.  Everyone enjoyed amazing and delicious cuisine as the Marcelle Dance Troup delivered two beautiful performances and set the mood for an unforgettable evening.  Special guests including Olympic Gold Medalist , Jackie Joyner-Kersee shared in all the festivities along with our members, sponsors, grant winners and friends.  The WBO Casino Royale was a huge hit with both experienced gamblers and novices alike as everyone vibed to the soulful sounds of live music featuring the Exquisite Band.  The evening was topped off by prize giveaways and last minute indulgence in the delectable white chocolate fountain and scrumptious apple pie a la mode!  Thanks to our awesome photographer, Dosh Jackson, the entire evening was captured for all to see.  Check the images out at http://www.doshjackson.smugmug.com/Events
